Orders & Shipping
No, we do not ship internationally.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options available through checkout.
Most retail orders ship within 1-3 business days. Wholesale or custom roasting orders may require 7-10 business days.
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they enter processing. Please get in touch with us immediately after placing your order for cancellation requests.

Pluma is a high-altitude Arabica coffee known for balance, sweetness, and brightness. Robusta is stronger, higher in caffeine, fuller bodied, and more intense.
Single-origin coffee comes from one specific region or farm, allowing the unique climate, soil, and growing practices to define its flavor. They are from Oaxaca/ Veracruz/ Chiapas.
We recommend 1 tablespoon of coffee per 6 oz. of water, depending on brew method and personal taste.

Infusion is a quick way to add flavor by soaking ingredients like vanilla beans in honey. This is a physical process that pulls the flavor into the honey without changing its chemical structure.
Fermentation is a slower biological process that happens when ingredients with high moisture (like fresh garlic) are added to raw honey. This extra water activates natural yeasts, causing the honey to bubble and thin out into a probiotic-rich syrup with a slightly tangy, complex taste.
