Cinnamon Honey

Raw, unfiltered wildflower honey infused with organic Ceylon or Saigon cinnamon. This honey is rich in antioxidants and maintains its natural enzymes. 

A powerful, woody aroma of fresh cinnamon bark. The flavor is sweet and spicy with a pleasant heat that lingers on the back of the palate, balanced by the floral depth of the honey.

The perfect addition to hot apple cider, stirred into morning oatmeal, or drizzled over buttered toast. It also serves as a fantastic natural glaze for roasted sweet potatoes or ham.

Store at room temperature in a glass jar. If it crystallizes (a sign of purity), gently place the jar in warm water—do not microwave, as high heat destroys the raw enzymes.
