Golden Nut Crunch Honey

We take a blend of wild raw honey and fold in a premium selection of toasted nuts (typically almonds, pistachios, Brazilian nuts, and pecans). The honey acts as a natural preservative, keeping the nuts crisp and coating them in a shimmering, golden glaze that tastes like a deconstructed praline.

A heavy, comforting scent of roasted nut oils and warm sugar. The taste is a rich, buttery explosion of toasted flavors followed by a clean, lingering honey finish. 

This is the ultimate "cheese board" honey—pair it with baked brie or sharp cheddar. It’s also a game-changer when drizzled over waffles, added to a warm bowl of quinoa porridge, a bowl of ice cream, or eaten straight from the spoon. 

Store at room temperature in a cool, dark place. Do not refrigerate, as the honey may crystallize and make it difficult to scoop the nuts. If the nuts float to the top, simply stir the jar before serving.
